At SNEAKERSNSTUFF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the items in their original packaging and ensure the shoebox is protected inside a separate shipping box to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.
